In the case of defective products and goods mistakes, new products (Returns, replacement, or alternative productsWe will respond to exchange for).We will correspond to the money back if there is no stock of replacement products.

Only initial defects will be processed.
Please be sure to contact d2c@hakomall.com within 3 days after product arrival.

We will contact you from Japan General Reception.
(Please rest assured that the Japanese general reception center will be held in the return processing.)

◎ Other countries
We can not accept basic returns and replacement.
Only initial defects will be compatible.

* Hakomall Products have branded side or requested productionIt is an online mall that can be purchased cheaply by delivering to customers directly from Korean wholesalers.
Please note that it will be outside the return claims, etc.

Please note that returned goods can not be handled because the image is different and the size is large.
